Sovereignty Ireland, The New Earth Way

Never before has humanity moved through such a seismic shift. With pollution, collapsing ecosystems and our own personal sovereignty under threat, we are in dire need of a change in how we do things.

We are heading into a total collapse of the world economy due to Covid. Left and right wing politics are acting to divide rather than unite us. Many of us are now understanding how obscene and dysfunctional the management of nations, people and resources has been.

It is clear from the Irish General Election of 2020 that the people want a change.

The current model of political leadership is breaking down and destroying the earth. It is an autocratic system based on holding power and making a select few very rich.

Together

Rather than worker revolts and the forcible overthrow of the system (Communism), or just the redistribution of capital (Socialism),

we are offering a process of guided evolution unlike anything in the past. A vision that is empowering to all and decentralises control.

All this begins with testing a prototype, not a revolution.

Each one of us can serve in our own unique, peaceful way. Simply showing up is powerful in and of itself.

This website would like to offer a road map for real change. One that can reset our world and create a sustainable, happy future for many generations to come.

Our Priorities

Give them enough, but never enough” - is the model that created a middle class. Most people have to keep going just to keep their heads above water.

The current system has forgotten the reason why it exists – to serve.

We are offering a new model that places everyone’s Health and Happiness first. This proposed model involves a Paradigm Shift in politics. One that is mindful of the generations to come.

Our natural state is kindness and consideration for all

This prototype serves the people and all living creatures. It is a path of authenticity and shared common consideration. We know that what we are proposing is “out there”! It is a paradigm shift, yet one that offers care for all beings on the planet.

We adhere to the Non-Aggression principle- which states that no one has the right to initiate force or violence against another except in self-defence.

We believe this is primary guideline for human relating. It doesn’t force anyone to do anything, but it claims the right for everyone to protect themselves and others from assault, murder, theft, fraud and counterfeit — even if the violation is by the currently chosen government.

The manifesto outlined below, aims to encompass the energy of a new time on the earth and for civilization. A move towards a more compassionate way of living. This is a model that sets a precedent for how we can all live together. By honouring sovereignty we invite women and men to come together and commit to serving a new inclusive approach for all. One that is not aligned to any religious faith yet inclusive of those with a faith and those of none. Aligned with the energy of care, integrity, accountability, transparency, free will and the sovereignty of all.

Starting to Serve a New Ireland

New Ireland

• 21.06.20 •

2edit

Ireland could become a global focus for how to implement a practical balanced society.

A model for world change and one that can become a reality in our lifetime.

Is it possible that people will visit this country to learn how the happiest and healthiest country in the world is doing it?

A big part of this is a regeneration process of the two main systems within the country - the corporate system and the public service system.

Therefore, even if the corporation wishes to be more responsible - it cannot due to this legality.

Each company functioning within Ireland is to amend its Memorandum and Articles of Association to reflect a new change that the corporation will serve its shareholders and society equally.

For further details on Public Service - see below.

Society

• 21.06.20 •

2edit

So many of us are caught up in a slave system where we work all our lives to try and gain financial freedom, discarding  health and happiness in the process.  In this way, so many of us become sick by the time we reach retirement age. We then spend our hard earned money trying to regain our health or, use our financial resources on expensive nursing home care where we end up dying alone rather than as a part of a community. The current model of existing on this planet needs an upgrade: now is the time for us to set in motion the elements that can make this upgrade possible.

The model we are suggesting is where harmony, health, happiness and freedom for many form the epicentre of our new value system which ultimately would replace the current greedy profit for the few approach. It offers us economic freedom and the chance to be set free from economic slavery.

There have been many studies to show that when all our basic needs are met i.e. food, house, family, friends and having freedom, we are happy.

Politics

• 21.06.20 •

2edit

Politics, it its current form, has been destroying the world. Many of us are exhausted by the constant corruption and self-serving leadership.

The Sovereignty Model offers an opportunity for complete reform. One where  idea of leadership is transformed into guardianship and mentoring.

With full transparency – we are all truly in this together.

To do this we move away from the finger-pointing circus politics based on constant opposition, and instead towards a more open healthy dialogue.

This new government model is anchored in diversity and service to the community.  The mindset we are adopting is agile and with the intent of being continuously aligned to the greater good.

The ability of our politicians to act corruptly is replaced by people of true service. Remember - this is why it was originally called The Public Service - to serve first and foremost.

Autocratic leaders replaced with a government of guardians.

A shared government – The new model involves a government of guardians with a spokesperson. This is more transparent and honest as current leaders are really only spokespeople for the advisers around them. This way it is transparent who all the advisers are. Therefore no secret agendas can be pursued. Corporate co-operation will be transparent.

The government is a young one: vibrant, dynamic, agile and is mentored by a Council of Elders.

All decisions are in consultation with a Council of Elders. Elders are simply those with a multitude of experiences and wisdom acquired in their lifetime.

All the governmental guardians earn the same as nurses, teachers, gardai and doctors.

Transparency is a core value {why/how/example/role model}

The current political party system takes away the free speech of it’s party members. How can we have a free thinking society if our leaders are compromised? All parties are likely to become obsolete in the energy of love, freedom and care for all.  Fianna Fáil, Fine Gael, Sinn Féin are a thing of the past.

Every 2 years  a referendum – we choose to keep with this new model or vote back in the old model – as the country will be thriving with everyone content the old political model is a thing of the past.

Public Service

• 21.06.20 •

2edit

All public sector workers including teachers, nurses, healthcare, scientists, politicians, refuse workers and cleaners all  to be on a minimum wage of 40k and a maximum of 60k.

The minimum wage per hour is set by this also

Politicians take the biggest pay decrease – down to 40k.

If your public service job was 60k or above it – you will be at 60k.

If it was below 40k – it will be brought up to 40k.

If we make more than 60k profit we need to spend it or have that amount above 60k taxed at 90% - this keeps energy moving and stimulates flow rather than stagnation and hoarding.

A choice of a 4 day working (32 hours) week if you choose.

We are reducing the cost of living in so many ways (see below).

We believe everyone can live an amazing, healthy, happy life on this wage.

Everyone can follow their purpose and get paid for it.

Make all citizens sovereign landowners

• 10.11.21 • John C

If one looks at the Famine two things become evident, neither of which involves potatoes. These are, respectively, tenure and fiscal burden. Precipitating the Famine, one had no security of tenure and monstrous fiscal onus. One simply reverses the polarity; what turned it on will turn it off. Gift to each citizen therefore a specific piece of land, but with absolute security of tenure and no pecuniary obligations at all.

If every citizen were thus rendered SOVEREIGN in his own patch the resultant sense of empowerment, of proprietorship, of being emotionally bonded to this our land, will engender a far more proactive, responsible attitude among our people to that other 98% of the country, which we hold in common and which is the actual source of all our wealth, and also to those whom we appoint on all our behalf for its prudent and just management.

The essential steps to be taken to realize it would be as follows

---the citizens must be made aware of what is proposed, and what they are being asked to consent to.

---if approval/consent is forthcoming, the State shall be required to purchase an amount of land; a Citizens Sovereign Capital Investment Fund should be raised to acquire what might be called the Citizens Sovereign Domain. (This is a once-off investment).

---once acquired, this Sovereign Domain should be consigned, exclusively and in perpetuity, to the office of the Presidency

---henceforth, each citizen upon reaching 21 years shall be assigned by ballot one 500 sq. m. plot in the Domain. 300 sq. m. will accommodate one bona fide dwelling house; 200sq.m is the size of a standard allotment.

---certain conditions should apply. There can be no circumstances in which a person's title, once assigned, can be revoked in his lifetime; there can be no pecuniary obligations arising from the title. Also;the titleholder cannot alienate his plot; he cannot sell it, donate it, pledge it, bequeath it. THE SOVEREIGN DOMAIN MUST NEVER BE COMMODIFIED.

---he would be however very much encouraged to use it.To achieve all this requires sufficient land for some 3,000,000 citizens (over the age of 21 years) This would come to about 2.15% of this republic's land area.

Economic policy

• 21.06.20 • 10.11.21

2edit

The economic policy creates fairness and more genuine economic equality. Amply meeting the economic needs of all citizens.

We are saving billions by becoming a fair, sovereign country.

We manage our own utilities.

Our own telecommunications – with zero data harvesting.

The electricity owned by people and is affordable (utilising breakthrough technology that is currently being suppressed)

Our national lottery is reclaimed from private ownership.

The Government is the insurance company of the people with set house and car premia for everyone.

Roads toll revenue all owned by the people.

All the money accrued from insurance and tolls helps us deliver our public transport exceptionally cheaper.

By legalising drugs (as in Portugal), we will be helping to break the cycle of addiction, reduce crime, and create revenue for the country.

Billions being made on Tourism – the world wants to visit a New Earth Ireland.

Billions are made on organic, vegetable produce and hemp.

Large savings made from scaling down our revenue offices and services owing to this new tax-free system.

Saving billions on health care (see health care section).

We can explore economic policies ideas such as:

Option A) Zero income tax. Instead a 1% Land Value Tax which has been proven run the economy of a country (more information to come)

Option B) Income tax. We can all earn 40k - 60k tax-free. Above that, there is a large tax bracket. This focuses us creating abundance for everyone and keeping money circulating. (Currently, 80% of households in Ireland earn under 80k euros per annum before tax)

To balance the potential loss of revenue from tax:

The new educational system will encourage everyone to find their unique way of serving the world, no matter what that is, and be paid for it. This can involve a period of “non-doing” for someone in order to let their vision germinate.

Social Welfare only funds those who are most vulnerable – children, elderly, special needs.

All unemployment benefits stopped. Each able person is to find their talents, purpose and contribution.

The mark of a healthy society

can be seen by how it treats its children, elderly, sick and vulnerable

Companies and profit

• 21.06.20 •

2edit

Companies And Profit

In a healthy society, the motivation to work is more aligned when purpose, happiness and being of service is the driving force for each individual and not just financial gain.

With maximum wage structure of 60k these companies are profitable and will continue to be so, though the wealth being shared with community to help give everyone economic freedom and enhanced security.

Without the incentive for personal financial gain. We are working for the best policy for everyone, not just a select few.

If you wish to be financially rich, by all means, this is open to you. However, within the sovereignty model, we ask that you spend your money otherwise it will be taxed. By spending your money it keeps it flowing through society.

Education

• 21.06.20 •

2edit

Our education curriculum in Ireland will be totally revamped. Children will be educated on critical thinking methods and non-linear approach to learning.

Our current model is just based on the regurgitation of information.  Exams will become obsolete.

All the arts: music, theatre, dance, painting to be reconsidered as critically important to a well society. How to look after and feed animals.  Planting food/understanding of minerals and plants as food and medicine.

Learning how to build homes, computers, make clothes. Meditation and other abilities such as extra-sensory abilities to be considered important. Conflict management and emotional intelligence. Guardianship.

Skills of the earth. Maths, languages and quantum science. History: what we are taught is biased and comes from the “winners”. A more complete picture of the whole story should be taught and for everyone to learn from it. And learning how to access unbiased knowledge, directly.

Housing & Homeless (all details above)

• 21.06.20 •

Eradicate Homelessness and make all citizens landowners and sovereign

Each citizen upon reaching 21 years shall be assigned by ballot one 500 sq. m. plot in the Domain. 300 sq. m. will accommodate one bona fide dwelling house; 200sq.m is the size of a standard allotment.

Health

• 21.06.20 •

2edit

Our health system needs to evolve.

For example, there is a crisis in mental wellbeing. The prescribing of antidepressants is at an all-time high. St John’s Wort for example has been shown to be effective in the treatment of depression. The herb is controlled by pharma and is rarely if ever prescribed by doctors. Often people just need to be listened to rather than put on Prozac or other antidepressants that have serious side-effects. Medical Marijuana legalised for the treatment of epilepsy, some cancers and some auto-immune diseases. Many positive health technologies have been suppressed by certain governments and we need to push for these to be released and used to improve the health and wellness of all citizens.

All health information to be adapted so everyone can make informed decisions on medicines. The medical system is currently backwards. We need to focus on the prevention of disease. Doctors are to receive bonuses for reducing the number of sick people within their community. Their wages being reduced by the number of chronically ill patients there are. This is a true health model that

We support and engage with more proactive campaigns that lead to the overall improved national health, wellbeing of every citizen. Prioritising eating healthy, exercising, having beneficial vitamins, reducing alcohol and smoking intake etc. National health campaigns and education programmes that are not funded by private companies who are answerable to shareholders.

Abortion

• 03.02.21 •

2edit

Abortion is an ending of a life and never an easy decision for a pregnant woman. A compassionate sovereign society supports and upholds the free will of a woman to choose what is best for her. Our approach for a sovereign nation is to support women emotionally, and educate them free of guilt, shame or dogma. A society that prioritises for health and happiness over wealth will naturally create a more caring environment where women feel safer and more supported to have their babies. This sovereignty manifesto is aimed at healing the underlying societal reasons for abortion rather than take away a woman’s free will and sovereign right to choose.

Elders

• 03.02.21 •

2edit

The measurement of a society is measured by how it looks after its most vulnerable.  All nursing homes are given medical priority in the event of any national health emergency. All elders need to be supported at home by health services and given a gold-standard nursing home treatment if they become incapacitated.

The current HSE model of extracting as much money as it can from the elderly  in return for nursing care must be addressed. This is taking unfair advantage of those who have contributed to our country in their remaining years.

Children’s Health

• 21.06.20 •

2edit

A spacing out of vaccines for those parents who choose to vaccinate their children. This reduces possible adverse side effects occurring from the “6 in 1”  or “3 in 1” jabs.

Removal of any pharmaceutical indemnities related to adverse vaccine reactions that happen in children. Any child that has any significant observed clinical changes in health up to 6 weeks after a vaccine is considered a vaccine injury.

The pharmaceutical industry held liable for any long-term side effects established through independent investigation. Children, particularly ones with special needs, are prioritised in our society along with our elders.

Environment & Biodiversity

• 21.06.20 •

2edit

Carbon tax is a “greenwashing” attempt to pretend or be seen to solve the environmental issue. Reforesting projects that destroy biodiversity abandoned in favour of a healthier biodiverse reforestation strategy. Evergreen / Coniferous trees cause the destruction of healthy soil by acidification of the soil.

There are already biodegradable plastics available.  All petrochemical-based plastics are banned immediately. All renewable energies are scrupulously assessed for their full carbon footprint profile. Halting greenwashing initiatives that are not much better than existing modalities that destroy the planet.

We have highly educated people in Ireland to develop free-energy technologies for a cleaner world.

Agriculture

• 21.06.20 •

2edit

Our soil is almost dead. Our farming methods have polluted and diseased the land and the waters. It’s unsustainable. Phase out the abuse of livestock and intensive farming methods that are destroying nature.

Only 1% of Irish agricultural land is used for growing vegetables. Ireland to be the biggest producer of organic vegetables in Europe. This is the focus and obvious transition for the future. Healthy food enhances the health of the nation. People getting back in touch with the land will be an essential move towards a more sustainable model.

Growing vegetables and properly reforesting our Island. Hemp is a multi-purpose crop. Farms shifting towards growing produce like hemp that creates a better environment and offsets carbon.

Hemp to be grown in a way that is sustainable and rejuvenates the soil. Bamboo is another multi-purpose plant with many uses. Linen and linseed also grow very well in Ireland

Most agrochemicals immediately banned. Agrochemical companies for the large part become obsolete. Growing Genetically Modified food becomes illegal.

The overfishing and depletion of marine life to stop.

Animals fed on the food that is most natural to them. Farmers are supported and educated into methods of organic, permaculture and biodynamic techniques.

Food

• 21.06.20 •

2edit

Ireland as one of the healthiest organic food producers in Europe. All harmful preservatives and “E” numbers in food phased out (such as Aspartame, MSG). The use of glyphosates sprayed on foods and foods dipped in nitrates stopped.

All food outlets sell Irish grown vegetables first. Imported if it cannot be grown in Ireland. This stimulates and supports our agriculture and reduces our carbon footprint. People are naturally healthier by eating closer to the cycles of nature.

Civil Service

• 21.06.20 •

2edit

Restorative systems to be taught in schools and communities to give us all new skills to find ways of restoring dignity, trust and respect where there is conflict.

Water

• 21.06.20 •

2edit

Only 2% of Europe fluoridates their tap water. Ireland is in that 2%. It is unnecessary. No one is giving the Irish public a valid reason for this, and there is reason to believe this is not healthy. Fluoride is a neurotoxin and makes people subservient and more docile by calcifying their pineal gland.

Access to clean water is an inalienable right for all people. When the land is cleansed of agrochemicals and overproduction, the rivers will run fresh again. We will once again, be able to drink from our wells.

Finance

• 09.02.21 | 21.06.20 •

2edit

A people’s bank that does not charge interest. In the event of a world economic collapse, Ireland is to institute its own sovereign currency. We oppose a one-world digital currency. Ireland carried the debt of Europe in the 2008 downturn. This is reviewed so that a fairer outcome can be negotiated with us as members of Europe.

Cash and cryptocurrency:

We have our own cryptocurrency and also continue to have euros in cash for as long as people wish to use it. We also actively encourage barter and exchange of products and services.

Political Corruption

• 21.06.20 •

2edit

One of the main sources of corruption in politics is land ownership. It is also the main source of the current housing crisis. We institute a law that prohibits politicians from owning more property than their private home.

We review all pensions currently given to retired politicians and bring them into line with a decent and fair civil service pension. All members of the government earn the average national wage for their job. We lead from example and address greed by showing the way forward.

Crime

• 21.06.20 •

2edit

Ireland has lost the battle on crime and drugs. To take the power away from criminal gangs by adopting a similar approach to Portugal. By legalising drugs, it removes the revenue stream that enables criminal gangs to exist.

Address addiction:

Our society’s general happiness, mental wellbeing, sense of displacement, connection and a state of inner and outer “homelessness”

Studies have shown the source of addiction stems from feelings of isolation and lack of connection. A major social program to heal the source of addiction undertaken to support people.

We will help heal addicted people in our society rather than criminalise them.

We need to look at the decriminalization of prostitution which would make it less likely to have a human trafficking problem.

We need a healthier sexual culture given our very sick past, of which we still have symptoms.

Defence

• 21.06.20 •

2edit

Our navy is falling apart due to bad wages. This is addressed by our new wage structure. The Irish navy are deployed to protect Irish waters. Their job is to stop industrial shipping trawlers from coming in and further decimating our marine life.

By allowing military aircraft to land at Shannon Airport we have been complicit in wars against humanity. It now stops. Ireland no longer supports the killing of innocent people in faraway lands. We can’t expect peace on this land while actively contributing to war elsewhere.

Arts & Culture

• 21.06.20 •

2edit

Music and the Arts are what keep a country sane, healthy and happy. We are not respecting musicians and artists in Ireland. Irish music artists by law must be played 50% of the time on all Irish radio stations.

Other countries like the UK and France have done this before to protect their own music. Equivalent changes adopted by all aspects of our heritage, arts and culture. Real and substantial grants to support all artists, including a basic minimum wage.

We provide outdoor entertainment, culture events.

With a wage cap, more artists and creatives can succeed rather than a tiny few.

Ireland’s ancient cultural sites are to be accessible at all times to the public. The OPW is restructured to serve the public as it intended to do, rather than restrict and obstruct.

Sovereignty

• 21.06.20 •

2edit

The maintenance of a cash society. Having the freedom to buy what one wishes is one of the last freedoms a person still has. If the existence of cash is taken away, with it will go our right to be free and sovereign.

All humans have the right to choose what goes into their body – mandatory vaccinations will not be accepted. All humans have the right not to be personally tracked – all tracking technology to be reviewed and strictly limited to conscious consent and through no duress.

A  new social media platform which upholds free speech and lack of censorship (except when the safety of children is concerned and other important aspects of a health society such as racial abuse). This platform is a new model of people connecting freely and easily adoptable by other countries creating an international network.

Multicultural Ireland

• 21.06.20 •

2edit

The Irish have emigrated and been accepted throughout the world. A multicultural Ireland enhances and adds diversity to this island. We accept all people who are fleeing their country and in need of our help. This is done in proportion to the size of our population.

Immigrants with skills or willing to learn a skill can also be accepted on a healthy proportionate basis. In-depth screening procedures for signs of criminality adopted. All immigrants coming to Ireland are given equal opportunities and facilities to prosper. There is a compassionate and immediate transformation of current direct provision facilities. All nationalities entering Ireland are viewed as equal with no preferential treatment given. This is honest neutrality.

Technology

• 21.06.20 •

2edit

The world is making great technological advances. We independently test all these advances for the safety of people’s long-term health. We have highly educated people in Ireland. We focus on developing free energy technologies for the future.

A right to form “technology blackout” areas in Ireland without 5G live testing.

Tolls & Utilities

• 21.06.20 •

2edit

On behalf of the citizens residing in Ireland, we claim all money accruing from tolls that is otherwise going to private investors. All money we spend on the upkeep of the road infrastructure.

We run our own telecommunications, electricity and water.

Ireland’s Natural Resources

• 21.06.20 •

2edit

On behalf of the citizens residing in Ireland, we take back the ownership of all Ireland’s natural resources that are currently in private ownership.

We have trillions of euros worth of oil and gas off our west coast. We don’t have to extract it, however it is an asset of our nation and not for private companies to own through secret corrupt deals.

Europe

• 21.06.20 •

2edit

We are all one human race. We support unity in diversity. An open, respectful relationship with all nations and healthy borders for the good of all. The Irish people voted against the Lisbon Treaty in 2008. This affected our neutrality and how business is conducted in Ireland. The government and Europe did not respect the peoples’ sovereign choice. Instead, they made us return to vote again until they got the answer they wanted. The impact of this to be reviewed 12 years later and our position in the EU as a result. Particularly around how this impacts crimes against humanity and the privatisation of Ireland by corporations.
